This vital toolkit can be purchased by firms who have to make redundancies to ease the transition to the next role or by the individual lawyers themselves.

The So What Now! Programme contains a series of themed 1 – 1 coaching sessions lasting 1 hour:

1. How to eliminate anxiety in times of change
2. How to build self confidence/self esteem
3. How to keep your motivation high in times of uncertainty
4. How to set new career goals and network effectively post redundancy
5. Updating your CV and interview skills to succeed in the selection process

So that the recipient can choose the most relevant ones to purchase singly or the full package can be purchased. This means individual lawyers can choose the most relevant to them and be certain that they come away with some practical tips and techniques to help them survive and thrive in this current climate.

These hourly sessions can either be conducted face2face or by telephone and include personal success book and action plan.

Individuals – can choose the most relevant ones to purchase singly or the full package can be purchased. Individual sessions cost £100 and the full package costs £400 saving a £100.

Firms – can purchase packages for their lawyers going through this process and prices for packages are available on request depending on the no of packages they purchase.
