this course sets out the basic principles as well as including competencies for lawyers based on real life experience of what works; how to give and receive feedback as part of conducting effective appraisals to manage performance.

Effective Internal Relationships
This ½ day includes how to be assertive; communication and active listening skills as well as how to create rapport and influence key people.

How to Delegate
These are critical skills in today’s fast changing environment where teams have to be highly responsive to be effective. It includes how to set S.M.A.R.T. objectives and conduct an effective meeting.
