Our Partner Management training is designed and delivered to give you - partners and aspiring partners - the focussed management, leadership, strategy, and key people skills to help you achieve key business goals for your firm especially during these uncertain times.

This interactive training is tailor made for you and you will be involved in deciding which topics from the list below suit your specific needs. It includes case studies, up to date information on the challenges facing the profession and law firms, facilitated discussions, practical tips, and techniques. We have limited the numbers to a maximum 10 delegates to ensure you go away with your own learning objectives and action plan completed to implement immediately to position your firm for ABS environment and improve your bottom line.

The course is normally run over 2-3 days either consecutively or one per week depending on your specific needs and issues. A typical course looks like this:

Day 1 Strategy and business planning including Risk Management for these Changing Times;
Day 2 Leading and Managing Teams including Effective Delegation;
Day 3 Optional topics - from Time Management, Finance, Marketing, Profitable Client Relationship Management, business development, motivating and dealing with difficult Staff and partners, influencing skills

Follow Up ½ day to review action plans
