Teaching you to stand out from the crowd!

The educational programmes that are typically found in most law firms focus on the technical side of law and management and do not enable people to develop key attributes that the 21st century lawyer needs. These are skills like courage, leadership, judgement, political awareness, networking and helping others build self-esteem and self-confidence.

This section includes:

  • Tailored Partner Development programmes based on competency skills (strategy and business acumen, leadership, finances and resources management, client relationship management, communication, self management, management of teams and ethics in action) which incorporate training and coaching. Time committment for partners is around 1 half day (training) and 1 hour's coaching per month
