Ann has been involved with the Law Society National Commerce & Industry Group for 15 years in a variety of roles and chaired it for 18-months, during which time she initiated many firsts for the Group. Ann is Head of Business Affairs for the Institute of Paralegals.
She has also trained with the Coaching Academy and holds a H.N.L.P. certificate in coaching as well as being an N.L.P. Master Practitioner.
